Como el anime Yohane the Parhelion,
Se reveló originalmente como un anuncio de "broma" el Día de los Inocentes de 2023 (la serie en sí fue una broma del Día de los Inocentes el año anterior), antes de ser anunciado oficialmente y confirmado que estaba en desarrollo el 26 de junio de ese año. El mismo día se anunció que el juego se lanzaría el 16 de noviembre de 2023 en la plataforma Steam de PC.
